MARK THE DATE ... August 4, 2012 Sand Dollar Auction
DONATED ITEMS for 2012:
We are seeking items or services that will appeal especially to the generous bidders who attend our gala event.
The most successful auction items in the past have included boating trips, resort/hotel/motel stays, brunch/dinner packages (either from restaurants or at private homes), gifts of wine/food/coffee (and especially chocolate), original art items and jewelry.
2011 Sand Dollar Auction
The 2011 Sand Dollar Auction held on August 6 was again a great success thanks to the generosity of all our donors, sponsors and patrons. The Auction raised over $66,000 which helps the Clinic to fulfill its mission to take care of the health of the residents and visitors to our community.
The Rinehart Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive health care to all in our community regardless of their financial circumstances. The Clinic's mission is supported by the auction in two ways. First, proceeds will support care for the more than one-third of our patients who do not have health insurance and whose income is below the federal poverty level. Second, part of the proceeds will go to the Rinehart Endowment Fund, interest from which provides care for generations to come.
Visit the auction website often to view auction items as they arrive.
