Sand Dollar Auction
August 7, 2010 is the date for The Rinehart Clinic’s sixth annual Sand Dollar Auction. The Clinic’s 97th anniversary year will be celebrated with Tillamook County’s largest and most glamorous tented event, featuring a silent auction and cocktail party. These will be followed by a multi-course catered dinner and live auction.
The Rinehart Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center. Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive health care to all in our community regardless of their financial circumstances. The Clinic’s mission is supported by the auction in two ways. First, proceeds will support care for the more than one-third of our patients who do not have health insurance and whose income is below the federal poverty level. Second, part of the proceeds will go to the Rinehart Endowment Fund, interest from which provides care for generations to come.

DINNER AND AUCTION:
Tickets to the 2010 Sand Dollar Dinner & Auction are $95.00 per person. Space is limited, and if past years are any indication, tickets sell fast.

SPONSORSHIPS:
Our auction catalogue will be widely distributed. It can feature your personal or business sponsorship, your recognition of a loved one, or your tribute to the clinic. We can help you design your sponsorship, or you may send your camera-ready copy.

DONATED ITEMS:
For the auction, we are seeking items or services that will appeal especially to the generous bidders who attend our gala event. The most successful auction items in the past have included boating trips, resort/hotel/motel stays, brunch/dinner packages (either from restaurants or at private homes), gifts of wine/food/coffee (and especially chocolate), original art items and jewelry.
