We also offer a sliding fee scale, which means discounts are offered depending upon your family’s income and the number of family members in your household. It is Rinehart Clinic’s policy to provide health care services regardless of ability to pay.
MyChart is an Internet-based communication tool you can use to access your health information, see your lab results, contact your provider, request and cancel appointments, and more. Prescription Assistance Program
This much-needed program was founded in 2002 to help our patients pay for their prescription medications. The Rinehart Clinic is a 501(c)3 Community Health Center.
For the uninsured, underinsured and those who are unable to pay out of pocket for their medical care, we offer a Sliding-Fee Scale discount based on Federal Poverty Guidelines. Learn more and download an application here:
