The main emphasis of The Rinehart Clinic is to provide care for patients when they are ill - whether it's the common cold or heart disease. We are a full service family practice clinic with care "from cradle to grave." Dr. Rinehart has a special interest in relieving pain and suffering and treats many patients with chronic pain.
The Clinic is fully equipped to provide the following additional services:

- Full service lab, most results one day
- Minor surgery for lacerations; skin biopsies
- Cryosurgery
- EKG
- Spirometry (smoking cessation counseling)
- New addition! ICG - Impedance Cardiography for advanced care of high blood pressure and congestive heart failure
- Bone Density Testing utilizing a DEXA scan
SLIDING-FEE SCALE
For the uninsured or underinsured. This program, based
on Federal Poverty Guidelines, determines
the cost of your care by the size of your family
and annual household income.
FAMILY PLANNING EXPANSION
PROJECT (FPEP)
Funded by The US
Department of Health and Human Services,
this program is available to all US Citizens
of reproductive age. If you qualify, FPEP
will cover any costs related to annual exams,
lab tests, contraceptives (including condoms),
vasectomies, and preventative STD
testing.
PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM (PAP)
This much-needed
program was founded in 2002 to help our
patients pay for their prescription medications.
