Art of Eating - Fall Session

Back by popular demand! The Art of Eating fall session begins August 23.

Thursday Afternoons from 3 to 4:30 pm (August 23 - September 20)
Location:  North County Recreation District (NCRD) Schoolhouse Room, 36155 9th Street, Nehalem, OR

Join us for a FREE 5-week class featuring organic produce from Moon River Farm in Nehalem. 

The class will be taught by the teaching team of Denise (Quality Director) and Terra (Behavioral Health Director), and Dr. Eli Andersen, Rinehart Clinic's new Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Participants will learn (and have fun!) in an encouraging environment, and can take home free farm-fresh vegetables each week.

Step It Up! Tillamook County

North County Walking Group:  Every Tuesday morning from 8 - 8:30 am
Neah-Kah-Nie High School Track (24705 N. Highway 101, Rockaway Beach, OR)

Join us Tuesdays at the Track!  Rinehart Clinic has teamed up with Tillamook County Wellness and North County Recreation District on the Step it Up! Tillamook County program, which is organizing walking groups across the county. The North County walks will take place every Tuesday morning from 8 to 8:30 am at the new track at Neah-Kah-Nie High School. The walks take place rain or shine, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring a rain jacket if needed.

Discuss medication safety and potential cost savings  

Every Wednesday, our Clinical Pharmacist is available to meet with patients to discuss their medications and other health-related products. Just bag up all your prescription and over-the-counter medicines, supplements, herbs, vitamins, creams (any health-related products you use) and bring them and your questions to meet with our Clinical Pharmacist free-of-charge. 

Appointments are available on Wednesdays from 9 am to 2 pm. Call 1-800-368-5182, Ext. 101 to reserve your time. This program is available to patients and community members.
