Meet Rinehart Clinic’s new CEO

The community is invited to an informal reception for Rinehart Clinic’s new CEO, Gail Nelson. The reception will be held at the North County Recreation District (NCRD) on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 4 to 6 pm.

The reception will also be an opportunity for you to visit with some of the staff and our growing provider team at Rinehart Clinic.

Please join us in welcoming Gail to the Rinehart Clinic and to the North Oregon Coast.

Ready to find your healthy weight?

Thursdays | 10 to 11 am | February 14 - March 21

Rinehart Clinic is pleased to announce a new six-week class aimed at helping people find their healthy weight. Rather than focusing just on weight loss, the new Finding Your healthy Weight class will feature a variety of topics to improve your overall health.

- Supportive group discussions led by Registered Nurse Joyce
- Special guest speakers sharing tips on mindful eating, easing into an exercise program, and the joy of eating (vegetables)
- Weigh-ins are available (but completely optional)

Bonus: Incentives for attendance (Free exercise passes or healthy food vouchers and more!)

Need help with energy costs?

Tuesday, February 26 | 1 - 3 pm
at Rinehart Clinic, 230 Rowe Street, Wheeler, OR

If you need help household energy costs, the Oregon Low Income Home Energy Assistance program may be able to help. Staff from Tillamook CARE, Inc. will be at Rinehart Clinic on Tuesday, February 26 from 1 to 3 pm to help people sign up for the program. No appointment is necessary.

Mindfulness Meditation Class

4th Monday of every month (Next Session February 25) | Drop-In | 5:30 to 6:30 pm
at Rinehart Clinic, 230 Rowe Street, Wheeler, OR

  • Discover the health benefits of mindfulness.

  • Learn to meditate in a safe, welcoming environment.

Our new monthly Mindfulness Meditation class will help people understand the connection between emotional wellness and healthy eating. The class is free and open to the community. The drop-in class will be led by Sara Todd, one of Rinehart Clinic’s Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Sara has practiced mindfulness meditation for more than 15 years.

In addition to learning and experiencing the health benefits of meditation, regular attendees will be receive free exercise passes and healthy food vouchers.
