A Weighty Discussion

Step It Up! Tillamook County
North Tillamook County Walking Group: Every Tuesday morning from 8 - 8:30 am
Neah-Kah-Nie High School Track (24705 N. Highway 101, Rockaway Beach, OR
Rinehart Clinic is teaming up with Tillamook County Year of Wellness and North County Recreation District on the Step it Up! Tillamook County program, which is organizing walking groups across the county. The North County walks will take place every Tuesday morning from 8 to 8:30 am at the new track at Neah-Kah-Nie High School. The walks will take place rain or shine, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring a rain jacket if needed.

Discuss medication safety and potential cost savings
Every Wednesday, our Clinical Pharmacist is available to meet with patients to discuss their medications and other health-related products. Just bag up all your prescription and over-the-counter medicines, supplements, herbs, vitamins, creams (any health-related products you use) and bring them and your questions to meet with our Clinical Pharmacist free-of-charge.
Appointments are available on Wednesdays from 9 am to 2 pm. Call 1-800-368-5182, Ext. 101 to reserve your time. This program is available to patients and community members.
