Dr. Jeffrey Luty, MD, Medical Director
Internal Medicine, General Practice
Specializing in urgent and primary care, with a focus on addiction treatment. Dr. Luty has been in practice for over 16 years.
About Dr. Luty: He loves physical activities like hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and hopes to eventually learn how to surf. He loves the Oregon Coast for its beauty, the weather (good or bad!), and he is quite fond of the people in the community.
Dr. Eli Andersen, ND
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Offering an integrative approach to primary care, with a focus on finding and treating the underlying causes of illness. Dr. Andersen received his degree from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland.
Dr. Andersen is a born and raised Oregonian. He feels fortunate to live on the North Oregon Coast as he is passionate about many ocean-related activities, including surfing and fishing. As a younger man, he traveled the length of the Oregon coast on a prone paddleboard.
Terra Marzano, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Director of Behavioral Health
Terra has been a medical social worker for 11 years, including 9 years in a hospital setting and prior to her move to Rinehart Clinic 3 years ago. She has advanced training in mental health crisis assessment and intervention and assisted in Critical Incident Training for Portland Police and the sheriff's office of Washington County. She is trained to teach Living Well classes and is a registered yoga teacher with experience in Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa.
Terra spends her free-time exploring the outdoors and enjoys road-trips, hiking, gardening and beachcombing, all of which are supervised by her beloved bulldog, Louie.
Sara Todd, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Sara has worked in the mental health field for eight years. She has experience supporting adolescents and adults in their recovery from a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, addiction, trauma, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, life transitions, relationship issues, and job dissatisfaction. She has practiced mindfulness meditation for over 15 years and enjoys teaching others about mindfulness. Sara is sensitive to issues surrounding identity and is LBGTQ-affirming.
Sara enjoys any activity that allows her to connect with the vast beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
