Dr. Jeffrey Luty, MD, Medical Director
Internal Medicine, General Practice
Specializing in urgent and primary care, with a focus on addiction treatment. Dr. Luty received his degree from Oregon Health Sciences University.
Dr. Luty loves physical activities like hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and hopes to eventually learn how to surf. He loves the Oregon Coast for its beauty, the weather (good or bad!), and he is quite fond of the people in the community.
Dr. Eli Andersen, ND
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Offering an integrative approach to primary care, with a focus on finding and treating the underlying causes of illness. Dr. Andersen received his degree from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland.
Dr. Andersen is a born and raised Oregonian. He feels fortunate to live on the North Oregon Coast as he is passionate about many ocean-related activities, including surfing and fishing. As a younger man, he traveled the length of the Oregon coast on a prone paddleboard.
Leanna Coy, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner (Certified)
Leanna enjoys working with families across generations, from children to parents and grandparents. She has a strong background in women’s health.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Nursing from Washington State University in Vancouver.
Amber Hamilton, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner (Certified)
Amber hails from the east coast and has nine years of experience in treating patients, with a background working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Nursing from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York.
When she is not working, Amber enjoys competitive powerlifting; she came in 1st place in her last competition with a deadlift of 315 lbs. She also enjoys painting and making music.
Dr. Monte Gores, DAOM
Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine/Licensed Acupuncturist
Dr. Gores brings 20 years of experience and knowledge about acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, qi gong, and nutrition. Chronic pain, migraines, insomnia, and integrative oncology are some of his areas of specialization.
He received his Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Emperors College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Santa Monica, California and extensive training in China. Dr. Gores enjoys surfing and practicing tai chi on the beach. Cooking is another passion and he enjoys the access to all the fresh produce and seafood the area provides.

Richard Silverman, R. Ph., Clinical Pharmacist / Director of Pharmacy Operations
Richard has been a pharmacist at Nehalem Bay Health Center (formerly Rinehart Clinic) for over seven years. Originally from New York, he received his degree from Idaho State University College of Pharmacy. Richard has also attended the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland and believes in an integrative approach to medicine.
In his role as Clinical Pharmacist, Richard works with patients and their healthcare team to ensure clinical safety and appropriateness of prescribed medications and provides education on how the patient’s medications interact.
Holly Riendeau, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Holly holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and has worked as a mental health professional since 2012. She has been working in Tillamook County since 2017.
Holly uses a strength-based approach, which focuses on the patient’s abilities, knowledge, and capacities. Holly is committed to helping patients navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as chemical dependency and addictions. She is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Gambling Addiction Counselor.
In her spare time, Holly enjoys reading, hiking, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
Collin Smith, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Collin uses a strength-based approach to address substance abuse and mental health concerns. His main focus is on helping people live their best lives. He supports clients both at the Rinehart Clinic and the NKN Student Health & Wellness Center. He received his Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
He is originally from the Pacific Northwest and is grateful to be back supporting his community. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, fishing, scuba diving, rock concerts, the occasional remodel project, and spending time with family.
Jenni Travis, Clinical Social Worker Associate (CSWA)
Jenni’s approach is to offer a safe space for processing, learning, and healing through therapeutic relationship, psychotherapy concepts, community skills, and coping tools. Her goals are to help people address anxiety, depression, trauma and stressors, and safety planning via individual and family therapy. Jenni supports patients at NKN Student Health & Wellness Center (the school-based health center at Neah-Kah-Nie High School). Jenni obtained her Master of Social Work from Walla Walla University and her Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University.
