Nehalem Bay Pharmacy offers customers a curbside pick-up option for certain prescriptions.

Here’s how it works:

• Call the pharmacy like you normally would (1-844-715-2299 OR 1-800-368-5182, Ext. 193) to request your medication order/refill. Please allow at least 24 hours advance notice for refills. (Some prescriptions could take up to 48 hours depending on the medication and/or how busy the pharmacy is.) If you would like to sign up to receive text notifications from the Pharmacy, ask your Pharmacy Technician to sign you up when you place your order.

• You can also order over-the-counter items. Please note, however, that all over-the-counter items must be included as part of the initial order. We cannot accept orders from your car when you arrive to pick up your prescription.

• Once you have been notified that your prescription is ready, you can pay via credit or debit card over the phone. IMPORTANT: Please make sure your entire order is ready before you come to the pharmacy.

• Come to Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy, wait in the parking lot and text the pharmacy at 503-461-4201. Please include your name and vehicle description. If you do not have texting capability, call the pharmacy at 1-844-715-2299. (This might take a little longer.)

• One of our staff members will deliver your order to your car as soon as possible.

• If your prescription requires a consultation with a pharmacist, that will be conducted by phone at a later time.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The curbside pickup option does not apply to controlled substances (such as narcotics or other medications that could cause dependence). Those must be picked up inside the pharmacy.

• Cash purchases must be completed inside the pharmacy.
