Nehalem Bay Health Center (formerly known as Rinehart Clinic) is a non-profit family health center on the North Oregon Coast that provides comprehensive and personalized healthcare to everyone who comes through our doors. Designated a Tier 4 (out of 5) Primary Care Clinic by the Oregon Health Authority, Nehalem Bay Health Center is recognized for its commitment to patient-centered care.

We take a team approach to patient care, and we offer a variety of programs and classes to help patients become an active participant in their own health.

We accept most insurance plans, including the Oregon Health Plan and Medicare. A sliding scale fee program is available for all patients based on income. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Nehalem Bay Health Center has programs available to help patients who may have difficulty paying their health care bills.

Services are available to everyone, regardless of health condition or financial circumstances. The clinic welcomes everyone, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, and any other status protected by law.
